- Ingredients (8 persons):
- 4 apples
- 180 Gr. of flour
- 1/2 on chemical yeast (8 grams baking powder)
- 2 eggs
- 100 Gr. of brown sugar
- 175 ml. of milk
- Red fruits (to decorate)
- Apricot Jam
- Butter and flour for the mold
- Mint leaves
Place flour, yeast, eggs, sugar, 2 apples (peeled and diced) and milk into the Blender Cup. Grind until a homogeneous mass is left.
Pour the mixture over the butter-coated pan and sprinkle with flour. Peel the other 2 apples, cut into sheets and cover the surface of the cake.
Bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes (with preheated oven).
Let it harden a little, unmold and with the help of a brush smear the surface with a little apricot jam.
Decorate the apple tart with the red berries and mint leaves. Serve the apple pie.
If you want to give a different touch to your Apple tart, you can add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to the dough.
